SCB employees collecting winter weather items for those in need

During the month of November, SCB employee Jeans Day Fridays and community donations are benefitting Smoky Mountain Area Rescue Ministries (SMARM).

SMARM is a Sevier County, Faith-Based, Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Corporation that serves individuals and families in their moment of need.  SMARM provides one-on-one assessments and point-of-need services such as short-term housing, utility assistance, transportation, food, and clothing.  SMARM provides organized mentoring and permanent housing resources to help families move from crisis to stability.

SMARM's annual Winter Coat Day is set for Saturday, December 8th.  Donations collected by SCB are going to help supplement this event.

The community is encouraged to offer support by making monetary or item donations at any SCB location throughout the month.

A cash donation can be left with a drive-thru or lobby teller at any Sevier County Bank location- just say it is for SMARM.

You may also choose to donate a needed item to be given out during Winter Coat Day.

  • New or clean, gently used winter coat
  • New-
    • Scarves
    • Toboggans
    • Gloves
    • Socks

Thank you for your support of SMARM and for helping SCB make a difference in our community!
