Updated Message from SCB President & CEO
To Our Valued SCB Customers,
This has been quite a week for our community and our nation. We have had the pleasure of hearing from many of you this week, either by phone or in our branches, and want to thank you for your continued support and trust in us.
As we close the week, I wanted to share the following:
- With new CDC guidelines presented this week, if you are not able to utilize our online banking services to meet your needs, we encourage you to use our drive-thru windows as a point of safe contact. While many services are not traditionally available via drive-thru, we will work together to meet your needs on the spot, or while you wait in your car in our parking lot.
- For our elderly customers, if you prefer to make an appointment to meet with our bankers, please feel free to call and do so. We welcome serving you in a way that protects your health and safety.
- For any customers who do enter our lobbies, please help us keep our staff safe and healthy by following the guidelines laid out for all of us. If you have travelled internationally or by plane or ship in recent weeks, please do not enter the lobby. And, of course, if you have a fever or cough or cold symptoms, please stay safely at home. Like other service businesses, we regretfully won’t be shaking your hands or hugging upon arrival, but look forward to doing that again when this all passes.
- Lastly, a reminder that Monday, March 30, our branch hours are scheduled to change to 8 am- 5 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 6 pm on Fridays. Should our hours have to be modified beyond that, we will promptly let you know.
