Important Message from SCB President and CEO
Good afternoon SCB customers,
In light of the actions taken by state and local officials to get our economy moving again, we will resume lobby access without an appointment as of Monday, May 4. Our lobby hours are 8 am- 5 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 6 pm on Fridays.
Over the past month, together we have been able to meet your needs primarily through our drive-thru windows at all locations. We appreciate your patience, understanding, cooperation and even creativity to help our staff meet your banking needs.
Many of you may continue to feel safest utilizing the drive-thru and we encourage you to do so if that is the case. We are happy to work with you on how best to address any need you may have. As mentioned previously, for any customers who do enter our lobbies, please help us keep you and our staff safe and healthy by following the guidelines:
- If you have travelled to a CDC identified “hot spot” here in the United States or travelled internationally or by plane or ship in recent weeks, please do not enter the lobby.
- If you have a fever or cough or cold symptoms, please stay safely at home.
Like other retailers and businesses, we have installed floor markings to assist with both recommended social distancing and to keep the number of people in the branch in line with CDC recommendations. In addition, you will see plexiglass shields both at the transaction counter and selected desks in the branch. These measures are designed to keep all of us safe during this time of transition.
Please continue to utilize our full array of online banking services whenever possible including accessing account activity, transferring funds, bill pay and mobile deposit. This technology continues to make many functions accessible to you right from the safety of your home. If you need any technical assistance with these services, call us at 865-453-6101 and we will be happy to assist you.
These changes bring us hope and optimism that we are moving into a better time, but we continue to keep all of you, our great county and our wonderful nation in our prayers.
Bobby R. Stoffle
